Wololoom is a brand of Datatamer LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its registered office at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA. You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, including data we received from Facebook when you signed in with Facebook Login. This page explains how.

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, send an email to [email protected] from the email address you used to sign up for Wololoom. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

If you cannot send the request from that address (for example, you signed in only with Facebook and no longer have access to that Facebook account), include enough information for us to verify your identity, such as the name on your account and the approximate date you created it.

Once we verify your request, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise the following within 30 days:

• —Your account record (email address, name, hashed password, role, profile data).
• —OAuth identifiers and tokens we received from Google or Facebook when you signed in with their services.
• —Any contest or open-call applications you submitted, including the files you uploaded.
• —Email delivery records associated with your account, to the extent permitted by our email provider's retention policy.
• —Server access logs that include identifiers tied to your account, beyond our standard 90-day rotation.

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion (for example, the fact that an account with your email was deleted on a given date) where this is required to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or defend legal claims.

If you signed in with Facebook and want to revoke our access to your Facebook account, you can do so directly in Facebook without contacting us:

• —Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
• —Find Wololoom in the list of active apps and click Remove.

Removing the app in Facebook revokes our future access to your Facebook account, but it does not delete the Wololoom account we already created for you. To also delete your Wololoom account and the data we already received, follow the steps in section 02.

When the deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email to the address associated with your request. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 days, please email us again at [email protected] so we can investigate.
